- Field-based sales experience (B2B, equipment, construction, forestry, or adjacent industries preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, build, and manage a sales territory
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive, accountability, and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic business software (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to operate or learn heavy equipment
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel as needed
- Flexibility to meet customer schedules, including occasional extended hours
