Who we are looking for:
Atkore, a recipient of a Great Place to Work certification and Top Workplaces USA award, is searching for a Manufacturing Supervisor to be based out of Hebron, OH. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for supervising hourly Razor production employees to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Metrics and improve the operational performance of the facility.
What you'll do:
- Adherence to Atkore Safety / Life Saving Rules is paramount
- Training, coaching, and developing the hourly Razor workforce
- Develop and conduct training for new associates
- Establish work procedures and schedules to meet customer demands
- Work closely with leadership to ensure all processes and accurate, documented and updated properly.
- Uphold and enforce company policies, values, procedures, and housekeeping practices
- Create and modify standard work
What you'll bring:
- Associates degree; or 4+ years' relevant work experience
- 4+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with metal stamping experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with AS400, JDE, Lean Manufacturing, and/or SAP preferred
Within 3 months, you'll:
- Complete your Atkore Immersion Program
- Understand how your job will help deliver Atkore's strategy
- Establish rapport with direct reports
Within 6 months, you'll:
- Create, maintain, and enhance training materials
- Leverage your team to effectively deliver on Atkore's strategic priorities
- Maintain an effective team built on strong interpersonal relationships, strengthening the team's commitment to Atkore's Core Values of Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence
Within 12 months, you'll:
- Drive the team to continually improve their area of responsibility
- Possess an intricate understanding of what the team does well and where there is an opportunity
- Resolve any issues quickly and safely

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $46,320 - $63,690. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
