Overview:
Wall Colmonoy, a leader in manufacturing for various sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Glass, Rubber, and Marine, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet stringent quality standards, including compliance with updated ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D for aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards.
Lead the quality management team in conducting inspections, audits, and quality assessments to ensure high-quality products.
Collaborate with other departments to set quality goals and monitor progress with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage the resolution of quality issues through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring all findings are addressed promptly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, standards, and customer requirements for all projects.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation to support quality management and audit processes.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability across the organization through training and mentorship.
Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate new quality management technologies and techniques as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace or related sectors.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards.
Proven experience with quality management systems (QMS) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are advantageous.
