As a Line Cook at YEEELS Group, you play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that reflect our brand’s creativity, quality, and passion. You’ll oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards while contributing to the smooth flow of service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality and consistency standards
- Supervise and train commis and demi-chefs within your section
- Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are met at all times
- Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of culinary offerings
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end or fast-paced restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and deep understanding of kitchen operations
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work under pressure
- Team spirit, creativity, and passion for gastronomy
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
