This role is well suited for board-certified anesthesiologists comfortable with a broad surgical case mix and flexible scheduling across day shifts, call, and nights.

Practice Details Case Mix Includes Schedule & Coverage Day shifts, nights, weekends, and 24-hour call
Providers typically start on days before rotating into nights
Call is beeper-based with defined response expectations
Compensation $345/hr regular hourly and orientation
$2870 per 24-hour call shift
$250/hr night call
Overtime and holidays paid at 1.5x
