Duties to included, not limited to:- Composes and signs correspondence of a non-technical nature in the supervisor's name or in own name as Program Support Assistant (OA).
- Consolidates and finalizes information for various reports in accordance with established procedures.
- Based on knowledge of the program, the incumbent gathers and summarizes information from files and documents for supervisors' use in responding to inquiries, recognizing which information is or is not relevant to issue at hand.
- Collects data/information and prepares routine correspondence and/or assists in the preparation of reports on his/her own initiative to relieve
- Returns incorrect material prepared by others with appropriately marked revisions.
- Scheduling clerks for CPRS incoming referrals for the program.
- Prepares and maintains schedules of a rotational nature for equitable responsibilities in consults to other services for which the program provides consultations.
- Investigates and reports problems to Information Technology (IT) Service.
- Prepares and submits work orders.
- Works in collaboration with the service line ADPAC the development and posting of service documents to the web.
- Reviews documents submitted for posting to the web and assures the content complies with all local and national polices.
Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.

You may qualify based on your experience as described below:
- Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-05 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: Skill in program management; Experience in office management; Knowledge of medical terminology; Skills for writing, proofreading, editing, and formatting; Operation of a variety of computerized programs; Knowledge of accounting principles; Possess basic inventory skills.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religions; spiritual; community; student; social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Note: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Physical Requirements: Physical aspects associated with work required of this assignment are typical for the occupation and would generally not require a pre-placement examination. The incumbent must possess the physical ability to complete all levels of PMDB training to garner a full understanding of the techniques and methods involved, and actively train staff in all four levels of PMDB. This requires frequent physical effort, standing, walking, bending, sitting, and hands-on therapeutic containment activity with employees during technique demonstrations.
