Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international or higher education administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote schedule
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- At least 2 year of experience in client relations, sales or marketing
- Familiarity with platforms like VIA TRM, Terradotta, or HubSpot
- Experience with student recruitment and/or customized program development
- International travel experience

- 6 Months: Hold virtual/in-person partner meetings; begin submitting custom program proposals.
- 1 Year: Exceed enrollment KPIs, deepen key partnerships, and attend a sales-focused conference.
