- Start February 2026
- 4 day workweek with 10 hour shifts
- 1 in 4 weeks on call first call from home
- 1 weekend per month requiredClinical Details
- Inpatient rounding for cardiac and vascular surgery
- CVICU average 2-3 patients daily up to 8
- CVSU average 2-5 patients daily including discharges
- Vascular service 4-10 patients ICU and floor
- Weekend census 15-30 patients solo coverage
- Level I trauma center
- EMR EpicRequirements
- Board Certified PA required
- Active Michigan license in hand
- BLS and ACLS required
- Experienced APP only no new grads
- Clean malpractice and license history preferred
- NPDB self query within 30 daysCompensation
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
