Wieland is hiring a Warehouse Helper. The warehouse helper will be responsible for assisting with overall warehouse operations, including receiving incoming material, processing products, maintaining inventory, setting up machine stations, and packing outgoing material. This role is located in Coppell, TX and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities

Warehouse Helper Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a safe organized working environment

Assist in reviewing incoming shipping documents and update inventoryAssist in reviewing outgoing shipping documents and package productAssist in inspections of inventory and product orders for accuracyAssist in loading/unloading packages from trucksReport product discrepancies to managementAssist with the setup of material on machinesActively communicate with teammatesOperate forklifts to relocate materialOther Operations tasks as assigned

Warehouse Helper Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Understanding of manufacturing industries preferred
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Strong attention to detail (critical skill)
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers and management
Ability to work as part of a team and offer assistance to teammates when necessary
Ability to work flexible hours as required by the position
