Call Schedule: 1 weekend/month - ER Call: 7 days/month; with imaging review from home and minimal in-person
Patient Volume: 8-12 - Additional: 3-4 (from PAs)
Physician in Practice: 1
Support Staff: 4 APPs
Office Equipment: Neuro-navigation tools including Globus Robot and Stryker
Trauma Level: III
X-Ray Onsite
EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Active CO license (or willing to obtain)
BC/BE (ABNS)
DEA
Clean Record
