This position will function as a skilled PS2 within the Department of Information Technology responsible for tracking, updating, and movement of Information Technology desktop and network assets.
Specific responsibilities:
• Updating meta-data required for asset management.
• Add newly acquired assets to the system.
• Reassignment of assets, based on ServiceNow incident tickets.
• Coordinated and organizing disposal of ODOT’s computer and networking outdated equipment.
• Maintaining organization of working area.
• Append asset tags to newly acquired equipment.
• Reporting from the asset management system to aid in biennium reconciliation
• Mobile AV support
• Unpackaging and movement of equipment.
