We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate CNC milling equipment to produce high-quality precision components across a wide range of industries including medical, aerospace, signage, architectural, marine, furniture, packaging, and industrial applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience with HAAS Vertical Mills and is proficient in Fusion 360 programming.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate 1–3 HAAS Vertical Mills
Create and modify 2D and 3D toolpaths using Fusion 360
Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings
Machine components from a variety of materials including aluminum, brass, copper, plastics (UHMW, HDPE, ABS, acrylic, polycarbonate), composites, phenolic, MDF, plywood, solid wood, and specialty materials
Perform 3D carving, detailed finishing, and custom fabrication work
Utilize nested-based manufacturing processes to optimize material usage and reduce waste
Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards
Perform routine machine maintenance and tooling changes
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with shop safety standards
Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to meet project deadlines
