T&R Frameworks is on the lookout for a Business Operations Associate to help solve a critical problem: access to telecommunications. In this role, you'll be actively working to provide a valuable government-supported program to those who need it.
As a Business Operations Associate , your main job is to be the connection between our company and the people we serve. You won’t just be selling; you will be helping and educating. The Business Operations Associate will be at local events and in neighborhoods, building trust and answering questions about the program.
Role Requirements for a Business Operations Associate :
Represent the company and our client at various community events and pop-up locations.
Engage with community members to guide them through the process of getting their wireless service.
Help customers understand their eligibility for the program and assist them with the necessary paperwork.
Be responsible for achieving daily and weekly targets for new customer enrollments.
Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions.
