The RPS Service Specialist (Bankside) is responsible for providing support to RPS team members and clients as a member of the Retirement Plan Services Product & Operations team. This role will have client-facing responsibilities in addition to being a key member of the product team to create scalability within the operational aspects of managing clients, specifically clients that are reside on our Trust/Custody platform (including but not limited to pension, 401k's, profit sharing, VEBA) .
The RPS Service Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-quality service to our custodial/trust clients. This position is responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving service issues promptly, and ensuring that client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. By building strong relationships and maintaining open communication, the specialist helps enhance the overall client experience and supports the ongoing success of the Wealth Management team. This role is an integral part of the department's success in delivering the best in class experience to our clients.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $18.25/hr. - $29.75/hr.. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist the RPS team with day-to-day servicing of our advisory clients
Assist in preparation of fee benchmarking & investment reports
Assist in the preparation of client materialsLiaison between Sales, Relationship Managers, and the client during new client onboardingCommunicate with clients and participants as neededReceive client requests and process accurately and timelyRPS Account Maintenance:
- Ensure client information is set up on systems (FIS/Trust Desk, Salesforce, etc) and reviewed periodically for accuracy and updates
- Track and provide reports to RPS team members and clients as needed.
- Coordinate with recordkeepers and other third parties to ensure accurate data and timely transactions/reporting.
Product Management
- Coordinate components on identified project initiatives, including documentation of decisions, timelines, implementation, and training.
- Partner with team members and other business areas to deliver on company objectives to grow the retirement plan services business.
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as the need arises.
- Provide administrative support to RPS key personnel.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Years of Experience: 3+ years retirement industry experience
- Adept at utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Strong analysis and decision-making skills
