This role will be hybrid onsite for 3 days & 2 days remotely based in Denver, Colorado.
The Contract Analyst provides excellent attention to detail, proactive,businessand solution-oriented mindset to all matters. The Contract Analyst works closely with the Legal,Constructionand Finance departments to review and analyze construction contracts, vendor contracts, and work authorizations prior to finalization.TheContract Analystis a collaborative team player who embodies our core values, contributes to a positive workplace culture, communicates with professionalism, and excels in managing a high-volume, fast-paced workload with shifting priorities.
Contract Review & Validation:
Review and analyze commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements, proposals, and other related documents for validation prior to the issuance of a contract.
Work Authorization Management:
Assistwith preparation and execution of work authorizations (project authorizations, statements of work, and service orders), ensuring that work authorizations areaccurate,consistent with executed contracts, and mitigate risks for the Company.
Contract Facilitation & Compliance:
Support of the Business & the Team:
Serve as a liaison between several departments within Vantage for legal, contract, financial, complianceitems.
