Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of progressive human resources experience.
- SHRM-CP a plus.
- Proficiency with HRIS, Payroll, and Applicant Tracking software required, ADP Knowledge a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Ability to establish trust and build effective working relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Physical Demands
Work conditions are typical of a normal office environment at a manufacturing facility. It requires sitting, and standing throughout the workday, use of computer and office equipment, and the ability to move safely through the manufacturing plant.
