We are growing — and we are looking for a Client Experience Manager who wants to be the face, voice, and emotional glue of our customer journey.

Compensation: $62,000 yearly with health insurance and 2 weeks PTO

Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls and respond to web inquiries with professionalism and energy
- Qualify homeowners and book high-quality appointments for the sales team
- Lead onboarding calls and set clear expectations for homeowners
- Manage all client communication inside CRM
- Ensure precise data entry, documentation, and file accuracy across all active projects
- Take ownership of accurate data entry and documentation to support job costing, financial accuracy, and other key operational functions that keep projects on track
- Proactively monitor projects to prevent communication breakdowns
- Drive 5-star review collection and long-term client relationship initiatives
