Your work ensures patients receive timely care, clear communication, and seamless coordination. Key responsibilities include: Managing incoming calls and web messages from patients, provider offices, hospitals, and pharmacies Coordinating cancer treatment referrals (radiation, imaging, medical oncology) Scheduling routine and urgent provider visits Coordinating urgent add-ons and consultations with physicians and medical assistants Managing medication refills, e-scripts, and triage voicemails Processing telephone encounters and documentation Supporting patient service representatives and medical assistants as a resource Assisting with additional administrative duties as needed This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organized, and deeply committed to patient-centered care.
