Job DetailsWhat You’ll Do
- Manage and support all phases of patent litigation, including pre-suit investigations, written discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert coordination, and trial preparation.
- Work closely with partners and clients across innovative, technology-focused industries.
- Contribute to intellectual property enforcement and counseling strategies.
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on sophisticated commercial and technology matters.
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of patent litigation experience in a law firm or comparable environment.
- Technical background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar hands-on technology experience.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- USPTO registration is a plus, but not required.
