A bit about us:We are seeking a litigation associate with 3–6 years of experience handling increasingly complex public entity matters. This role is ideal for an attorney who has progressed beyond routine premises cases and is ready to take ownership of serious litigation involving dangerous condition claims, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death.
The position offers meaningful responsibility, real client exposure, and hands-on trial preparation within a collaborative boutique environment.

Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Handle public entity litigation from inception through trial preparation
- Evaluate cases, analyze liability exposure, and develop litigation strategy
- Conduct initial factual investigations, including document review and witness interviews
- Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery
- Take and defend depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, and experts
- Work closely with partners on trial preparation and courtroom strategy
- Serve as second-chair on trials and gain direct courtroom experience
