Job Details
Positions Available:
1 Experienced Associate Attorney (2–4 years) and/or 1 Senior Litigation Attorney (5–7+ years)
Practice Areas May Include:
Business & Commercial Litigation
Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation
Intellectual Property Litigation (Patent, Trademark, Copyright)
Trade Secret Misappropriation (DTSA & PUTSA)
Employment Litigation (Non-Competes, Non-Solicitation, Restrictive Covenants)
Responsibilities:
Serve as lead attorney or senior support on complex litigation matters
Appear in depositions, court proceedings, and client meetings
Manage client relationships and participate in or lead litigation teams
Oversee large-scale document review and productions in Relativity
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responses
Conduct legal research and sophisticated legal writing
Participate in business development, networking, and thought leadership
Contribute to publishing, marketing, and social media initiatives
Qualifications:
J.D. and active Pennsylvania license required
Admission in West Virginia or Ohio is a plus
Commercial litigation experience aligned with the responsibilities above
Courtroom and deposition experience preferred
Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Interest in business development and client growth
Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
Pittsburgh or close tri-state region residency preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Market-competitive base compensation with strong incentive-based bonuses tied to production and origination, based on experience and expectations
1,800 billable hours is the annual goal; bonuses awarded upon meeting this threshold
