Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Manage one or multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, cost reporting, billing, and cash flow
- Lead client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
- Ensure contract compliance, constructability review, and quality standards
- Collaborate with Superintendents to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage subcontractor performance and resolve issues
- Mentor and develop project team members
- Participate in proposals, presentations, and business development efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong knowledge of construction operations, cost controls, scheduling, and contracts
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, CMiC, Timberline)
Compensation
- Salary Range: $180,000–$220,000 (based on experience)
