About the RoleWe are looking for a
Business Development Manager to drive growth for assigned vendors within the Czech market, with a focus on
Data & AI products and solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, strengthening partner and customer relationships, and supporting commercial execution across the distribution ecosystem, particularly within the Data & AI portfolio.
This is a customer-facing, commercially focused role suited to someone who enjoys structured work, teamwork, and building long-term relationships in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
What You’ll DoBusiness Development- Build and execute go-to-market plans for assigned vendors
- Identify new business opportunities and support key partner and customer deals
- Translate vendor objectives into actionable business plans
- Support market share growth within the local distribution ecosystem
Partner & Customer Engagement- Develop and manage a portfolio of partner accounts
- Build strong relationships with partners and key customers through regular business reviews
- Promote vendor value propositions internally and externally
- Support onboarding of new partners and development of new business
Commercial & Strategic Execution- Negotiate commercial terms, deals, and rebates
- Provide input into pricing, purchasing, and sales strategies
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Understand customer competition and market dynamics
Internal Collaboration- Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to ensure execution
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, partner programs, and customer events
- Support structured marketing and business development activities
What We’re Looking ForRequired- Experience in IT distribution, partner management, sales, or business development roles
- Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and solution-selling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English and Czech
- Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player
- Comfortable working in a matrix and multinational environment
Preferred- Background with an IT partner or reseller
- Experience in business planning or go-to-market strategy development
- IT or technology-related background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
