About the RoleAs a Principal ML Engineer, you will contribute to new product development by designing and delivering production‑ready machine learning solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to turn complex data and customer problems into scalable, high‑impact products. This role combines hands‑on engineering with collaboration in a fast‑moving, product‑driven environment.
Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain production‑grade machine learning systems
- Develop and orchestrate advanced agents in run‑time and build‑time environments
- Explore, extract, and model knowledge from large‑scale natural language datasets
- Build data‑driven solutions addressing high‑value customer problems
- Prototype and evaluate new ideas and approaches quickly
- Collaborate with data scientists, product designers, data engineers, and front‑end developers
- Work with expert legal data annotators to improve data quality and outcomes
Requirements- Strong experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production
- Hands‑on expertise working with large‑scale natural language data
- Ability to design and orchestrate modern ML or AI agents
- Experience translating complex problems into data‑driven solutions
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams
- Comfort working in an agile, start‑up‑style environment within a larger organization
