We are looking for a Senior Engineer with 3-5+ years of experience candidate to lead the user experience vision and execution for our AI-powered products. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, owning end to end UX across complex, data-rich interfaces while collaborating closely with product, design and frontend teams.
In this role you will...
- Lead UX strategy and interaction design for AI-driven product experiences.
- Define and evolve design systems, component libraries and UX patterns.
- Work closely with designers and user research specialists to understand and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
- Design and develop along with other frontend engineers to deliver on pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly and accessible implementation.
- Establish UX standards, guidelines and best practices across the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive a culture of design thinking and best practices.
- Advocate for the user in cross-functional discussions and design reviews.
- Design and deliver for complex workflows including AI chat interactions, dashboards and data visualization.
You have what it takes if you have...- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design in web/SaaS.
- Strong experience of React and Typescript.
- Expert proficiency in Figma or similar technology.
- Ability to synthesize product and user requirements into clear design direction and product recommendations.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards with hands-on implementation experience.
- Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and complex enterprise workflows.
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers and elevating the team productivity in UX delivery.
- Deep understanding and experience of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS, responsive design, component-based architecture).
- Experience using UX metrics to measure and justify design decisions.
