Including tasks such as managing customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing sales documents, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Sales support executives play a crucial role in helping the sales team be more efficient and effective in their sales efforts.
Responsibilities:- Schedule and prepare materials for Account Owner for customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations.
- Create/update agreements and tenders in the respective system and communicate them to concerned parties.
- Customer Relationships
- Adopt client complaints and follow up the resolution.
- Solve ad-hoc problems/transfer service issues to relevant department.
- Forward telephone and email inquiries in standard subjects to customer information center or other departments within ZIM
- Performance measurement
- Monitor customer performance.
- Comply with tracking and reporting requirements.
- Account Planning
- Update account plans/profiles according to Account Owner input.
- Analyze potential new customers information.
Requirements- Located in Mexico City
- Academic education: Bachelor's Degree, International business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in administrative functions in sales department
- Experience in Logistics industry (Freight Forwarder or Shipping)
- Quality oriented
- Analytical Skills
- Customer service orientation
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office. (Advanced Excel skills)
- Fluent in English
