Required
- 3-5+ years of experience in a coordination, operations, sales support, or service operations role supporting complex workflows or products
- Strong professionallevel proficiency with technology and Microsoft platforms (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Office Suite).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent service to internal stakeholders (Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and Leadership.
- Ability to research, interpret, and verify machine preparation requirements for accurate quoting and scheduling.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities; able to quickly learn equipment operation concepts and work tool applications.
- Highly selfmotivated and proactive, with a track record of anticipating problems and offering practical, creative solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail in a fastmoving, highvolume environment.
Preferred
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Background in customer service, equipment management, or machinery operations.
- Experience in shortterm and longterm project coordination across multiple locations or departments.
- Knowledge of heavy hauling, load planning, or related transportation logistics.
- Experience supporting highdollar, configurable equipment or assets.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; AX / Dynamics experience a plus.
