Job Overview
We are working with a well-established and growing Appraisal Management Company looking for a Client Support Specialist with
prior AMC experience
to support our clients and appraisers in a high-volume, remote environment.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day client and appraiser support within an Appraisal Management Company (AMC) environment via phone and email, managing appraisal orders from intake through completion
Coordinate with appraisers and lender clients to handle status updates, revisions, and issue resolution while maintaining professionalism under time-sensitive conditions
Manage high-volume workflows with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, follow-through, and adherence to internal AMC processes and timelines
Thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Qualifications
Prior AMC experience
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
