Maximising Clients Hiring Success with AI/IA and AI Governance Subject Matter Experts as Director of Boston Quantara (UK, USA) andDirector (UK)… We're a growing New York based recruitment agency (Currently from the UK) with a sharp focus on the Digital, Tech, IA/RPA and AI/AI Governance sectors and we're looking for a self-employed Business Development Manager to help us take things to the next level.
If you’re commercially minded, deeply networked in the tech space, and ready to work on your own terms, this could be your ideal role.
What You'll Do:
Identify and engage potential clients in the Digital, Tech, and AI sectors
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful client delivery
Represent the agency at industry events, online communities, and client meetings
Shape your market and work independently to drive results
Proven experience in business development (In Tech Recruitment)
Strong network within the Digital, Tech, or AI ecosystems
Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Based in or familiar with the New York market (preferred)
