Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Locations –
Michigan (Must live in Michigan; Remote in the State)
Base Salary –
$85,000 – $95,000
Job Category: Medical / Health – Therapy
Pediatric Therapy provides home and clinic-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities and other language delays.
Required Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master’s degree of ABA coursework
Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required
Valid driver’s license and a reliable form of insured transportation
Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English; Fluency in a foreign language a plus
Aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required
Ability to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and client’s changing needs
Bilingual/Multilingual candidates have opportunity for increased base pay
Duties
Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans and strategies
Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
Collaborate with treatment team (director, parents and other support network) to review case progress
Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists, in all policies and procedures
Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc.
Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
