Our shipping team plays a huge role in keeping production moving and ensuring precision-manufactured parts arrive safely and on time to customers across industries like aerospace, defense, robotics, medical, and advanced manufacturing.We're looking for a dependable Shipper Level II who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Package and prepare precision parts for shipment
- Process UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight shipments
- Verify work orders, quantities, and shipping documentation
- Receive incoming materials and move inventory between departments/buildings
- Use Mie Trak and Mie Kiosk to manage shipping workflows
- Support end-of-day shipping operations and reporting
REQUIREMENTS: - High School diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or machine shop experience
- Experience using shipping software or ERP systems
- Ability to bend, kneel, and crouch occasionally throughout the shift
- Ability to push, pull, or lift 75lb moderately throughout the workday
- Forklift or material handling experience
- Strong attention to detail
