We are hiring a
Contract Help Desk Support Specialist
in
Charlotte, North Carolina , to be the first point of contact for IT issues and requests. This role will support employees remotely and onsite, ensuring high-quality service delivery and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve user inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
Log and manage incidents in the help desk system.
Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, VPN, and connectivity issues.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding users, including system access and equipment setup.
Maintain knowledge base documentation for recurring issues.
Escalate unresolved problems to higher-tier support when necessary.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a help desk or customer support role.
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common business software.
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
No C2C.
