Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing current compensation structures, benchmarking against industry data, and helping define a clear compensation strategy. You will partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to implement strategic compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in market compensation analysis, job leveling, and incentive plan design.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in compensation, preferably in corporate or tech environments
Strong knowledge and utilization of Radford compensation data
Experience with Workday
Project Responsibilities
Analyze the current manager compensation structure against proposed changes for 2026 implementation, identify gaps, and propose actionable recommendations
Complete a draft compensation philosophy to present to the organization for 2026
Benchmark current LTI plans against Radford LTI data
Assist in mapping job families across departments and roles
