Duties
Draft and argue motions; handle significant writing and research
Conduct discovery and manage smaller cases independently
Collaborate on larger, high‑exposure matters
Participate in case strategy and trial preparation
Work closely with partners who are known for developing top‑tier attorneys
Salary
Salary:
$110,000‑$200,000 (DOE)
Billables:
~150 hours/month (1800 annually)

Desired Skills and Experience
CA BAR
JD from an ABA accredited school
Ability to work remotely
1-8 years of civil litigation experience (med‑mal preferred but not required)
Strong writing and research skills

Desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of work
