Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Technical Recruiter role uses end-to-end recruiting to provide technology workforce staffing solutions in the Sacramento, California area through a combination of video and in-person meetings.
What Do We Look For?
Technical Recruiter must live in the greater Sacramento, California area
Strong business acumen and customer service skills
Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills
Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful
Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with company purpose, promise and values
Embraces being part of an environment that focuses on belonging
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the IT industry
Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience
