Your Job Phillips Medisize is seeking an Account Manager to support our Regulated Consumer Products division. This role is a key individual-contributor position within the Regulated Consumer Products (RCP) business and is part of the Phillips Medisize division of Molex. It is designed to support immediate execution needs while enabling long-term growth with a key strategic customer. The Account Manager operates as a primary interface between customers and the company, owning and driving day-to-day commercial engagement and program execution for customers in both the United States and Europe. As part of Phillips Medisize and Koch Industries, this role provides access to a broad, global network of operating companies, capabilities, and expertise. The Account Manager is expected to bring differentiated solutions to customers and accelerate value creation. The role is highly matrixed, requiring close coordination across engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, procurement, finance, and supply chain functions. Success depends on the ability to effectively navigate the customer organization, as well as internal networks, leverage enterprise systems, and lead through influence to drive execution, transparency, and results.

The role carries a high degree of autonomy and accountability, with leadership responsibility but no direct reports.
Ideally this position would be located in the Midwest with a strong preference to Minneapolis, Chicago, or Little Rock area. Must be nearby a major airport, supporting customers in the U.S. and Europe. Estimated travel is approximately 30-50%.
Our Team Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, medical device and specialty commercial industries. This role is within the Regulated Consumer Product segment and focuses on the consumer, automotive and defense markets.
What You Will Do Act as a primary commercial interface for assigned customer and/or project, owning communication, execution, and accountability.
Operate effectively within a highly matrixed organization, influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Leverage company systems and tools (e.g., commercial, costing, and project tracking systems) to manage opportunities, programs, and performance.
Provide immediate support for active RFPs and ongoing customer programs in the U.S. and Europe, and drive new RFPs and account plan activities.
Lead complex technical-commercial programs from proposal through launch and lifecycle support.
Develop, analyze, and defend complex costing models and pricing strategies.
Present technical-commercial proposals, cost models, and value propositions to customer engineering and procurement teams to drive new business.
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities through structured communication and disciplined execution.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience in account management, technical sales, or commercial roles supporting complex or regulated products.
Experience supporting product design as sales or field applications engineer.
Experience working for a CDMO or other manufacturing organization serving high volume customers in a B2B setting.
Experience working in matrixed organizations.
Experience using enterprise systems to manage costing, pricing, legal, CRM, and MRP.
What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree in an engineering, business, finance, or technical field.
Experience contributing to the development and commercialization of medical products or regulated medical devices is a strong advantage.
