About the Role
We are seeking a
System Throughput & Access Project Manager
to play a critical role in driving large-scale transformation initiatives across healthcare operations and IT. This position sits at the intersection of
technology and operational leadership , helping to deliver strategic programs that improve patient access, system throughput, and overall organizational efficiency.
This is a

designed for someone who thrives in complex, evolving environments and can execute while aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a key liaison between IT and operational teams, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple concurrent programs
Drive initiatives such as:
Centralized access and scheduling transformation
Transfer center and operator workflow optimization
System‑wide capacity management and patient throughput improvements
Digital front door and patient access enhancements
Maintain PMO governance while navigating dynamic, fast‑paced environments
Provide clear, concise reporting and communication to senior stakeholders
Act as a hands‑on project leader—owning execution, not just strategy
Key Qualifications (Must-Have)
7–10+ years of experience in project/program management (senior‑level)
Proven ability to lead
complex, cross‑functional initiatives
across IT and operations
Experience working within a
PMO or enterprise‑level project environment
Background in
healthcare systems , with direct experience in:
Patient access / call centers
Capacity management / throughput optimization
Experience working in
Epic‑based healthcare environments
Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in evolving environments
Comfortable being both
strategic and highly hands‑on
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification
Experience in an Enterprise PMO (EPMO) setting
Six Sigma or process improvement experienceExposure to non‑traditional or operational project work
Tools & Technologies (Nice to Have)
Healthcare capacity and command center platforms
Operator and scheduling systems
AI-enabled patient access tools
Project and workflow management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
