OverviewJob Title: Release Train Engineer (RTE) at PlanIT Group, LLC. The RF Sensor Product Center (RFS PC) is looking for an Experienced Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) with 6+ years of experience. Telework Full Time with approximately 25% travel.ResponsibilitiesWork and collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO), Solution Train, and peer RTEs.Provide oversight to teams by identifying and resolving bottlenecks across the entire solution.Be a change agent for Agile Transformation and coach for decentralized decision-making, alignment, and coordination for the Solution Train.Ensure the program is outcome driven and monitor the solution health via appropriate metrics.Facilitate large solution-level events and support PI Planning events.Coordinate Product and Solution Delivery and ensure continuous process improvement cadences are value-driven for the solution.QualificationsBachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree required at minimum.6+ years of Agile Transformation coaching experience.6+ years of intermediate to advanced Jira experience.Demonstrated self-starter who can take initiative and work independently with minimal direction and oversight.Strong collaboration and effective communication skills.Demonstrated acumen working in a virtual organization.Desired SkillsDomain experience with business development and/or software development processes and capabilities.Experience with Jira plugins such as Structure and Agile Hive.Employment TypeContractLocationOrlando, FL.
