Overview
Fully remote Insurance Defense Attorney role (4-5+ years of experience) licensed in Texas. 100% remote opportunity for Texas-licensed attorneys with a focus on trucking and premises liability. Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Handle a caseload independently from inception through resolution in insurance defense matters
Focus on trucking and premises liability cases
Billing target: minimum of 160 hours per month
Qualifications
Active Texas bar license
4+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience
Strong background in trucking and premises liability preferred
Ability to work independently and bill efficiently
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
