As a Mechanical Engineering Manager Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical engineering department in designing and executing infrastructure solutions for existing healthcare facilities.

Salary: $131,521–$190,500 + up to 20% annual bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, fostering collaboration and professional development
Manage complex mechanical projects end-to-end, including task delegation and resource allocation
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with cross‑functional teams (electrical, PM, construction)
Review designs for compliance and present to Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) for approval
