About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and performance of our applications. You'll work within an ITIL framework, collaborating with global teams to provide seamless support for our international user base. Your technical expertise and analytical mindset will be key to resolving complex issues and driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of
3rd line support incidents
and provide support for
1st line issues
when needed
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working end-to-end through the incident lifecycle
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues
Act as the go-to expert for products and features under your care
Lead major upgrades and production changes, often outside of regular business hours
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to optimize system performance
Maintain data processing and system feeds, ensuring end-to-end process integrity
Drive improvements in system manageability, supportability, and performance
Contribute to Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) readiness
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Mentor and support 1st and 2nd line team members in their technical growth
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in an Application Support role at a senior level
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders and manage escalations effectively
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and incident management processes
Experience with system upgrades, data processing, and performance monitoring
Ability to work flexibly, including occasional after-hours support
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
