Monitor and report on benefits realization and value delivery from transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Expertise in preventative and corrective maintenance for gas and electric distribution systems.
Proven experience in maintenance process transformation and operational improvement.
Strong understanding of organizational change impacts and role transitions during transformation.
Demonstrated ability to quantify benefits and value from maintenance transformation projects.
