TPM Field Service Technician
Location:
Remote - travel (approx. 60–75%)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled
TPM Field Service Technician
to join a global leader in advanced manufacturing solutions. This role sits within a dedicated TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) team, focused on helping customers boost and sustain the performance of their high‑speed production lines.
You will work on‑site with customer teams, coaching operators and maintainers on best practices while driving measurable improvements in line efficiency. The position combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver activities that introduce and embed TPM best practices.
Execute project plans on time and in full, adapting as needed to meet line efficiency targets.
Drive customer satisfaction through visible results and ongoing collaboration.
Coach and guide less experienced engineers in TPM and performance improvement tools.
Perform and lead maintenance and troubleshooting activities while mentoring on site.
Engage with plant management teams to report progress and outline next steps.
What You’ll Develop Expertise In
TPM methodologies and integration with customer TPM/Lean systems.
Performance/OEE improvement and loss management concepts.
Utilization of performance analytics tools to sustain improvement.
Your Profile
Education:
Technical degree or diploma.
Experience:
Field engineering experience with maintenance overhauls and troubleshooting.
Mechanical or mechatronic background; experience with blowing or labeling machines preferred.
Exposure to beverage/food production environments is a plus.
Experience in coaching, training, or developing others is highly valued.
Knowledge of TPM tools or Lean certification is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Rigorous approach to project management and goal setting.
Willingness to travel extensively (60–75% globally).
Languages:
English required; Spanish is an advantage.
