Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and provide support for prior authorization requests
Process authorizations via phone, fax, and electronic systems (ePA)
Document approvals, denials, and case details accurately
Escalate clinical inquiries to pharmacists
Assist with outbound calls and inbox management
Qualifications
Active Pharmacy Technician license (no restrictions)
National certification (PTCB or equivalent)
2+ years of high-volume call center experience (healthcare/PBM preferred)
Knowledge of medical terminology and prior authorization processes
Strong computer, documentation, and communication skills
