We also support the other engineering product teams by delivering shared functionality such as notifications and search. Our engineers obsess over the developer experience, actively seeking out feedback and new perspectives to inform the products we build. We're searching for engineers who share this empathetic approach to solving problems. Successful candidates will love taking ideas from zero to one, creating beautiful software experiences with modern tools, and care deeply about creating the best possible products.ResponsibilitiesIntroduce new features and shared services into the WorkOS Dashboard and Admin PortalPartner with UI engineers on UI components and frontend infrastructureIntegrate WorkOS products into the WorkOS Dashboard as we dog-food our own product featuresScope projects and document decisions with a developer-focused mindsetSpeak with customers regularly to get feedback, debug issues, and remove points of frictionCollaborate with other product teams, solutions engineering, and our go-to-market teamWork directly with leadership on greenfield ideasHelp recruit and assess future engineering team membersQualifications5+ years of industry software development experienceExperience crafting polished UI/UX and API services end-to-endBackground in working on small teams in fast-paced environmentsIntellectually curious, independently driven, and passionate about great productsA growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and strong communication skillsBonus: Experienced with our stack of TypeScript, React, and PostgresBonus: Experienced in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or a related industryThe annual U.S. base salary falls within the range of $175,000 to $250,000. This range does not encompass the full spectrum of benefits such as equity, health insurance, vacation time, and paid parental leave.
