What You’ll Do
Analyze project/job costing data and compare performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical trends.
Review backlog and bookings schedules to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, performance improvements, and risk mitigation across active projects.
Prepare reports and deliver insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field.
3+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in a project-based environment.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling); Power BI experience a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
