We’re looking for an IT Assistant to join our team and support our lead Systems Architect in building and maintaining a powerful, AI-driven solution for personal injury demand writing.
This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, learning new systems, and being part of a growing legal tech environment.
A big part of this role will involve working within Zoho—helping manage workflows, user access, system processes, and supporting day‑to‑day operations across the platform.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining OCR pipelines for medical and legal documents
Support testing and monitoring of AI/LLM workflows
Help manage user access and features within client portals and dashboards
Assist with API integrations and troubleshooting
Monitor system performance and report issues
Support data security and compliance (including HIPAA)
Help document systems and workflows
Provide general IT support to internal teams
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical roles
Basic knowledge of OCR tools, AI systems, or data workflows
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Understanding of APIs, integrations, or databases
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Experience with legal tech or healthcare data
Exposure to AI tools, automation, or data pipelines
Familiarity with system monitoring and documentation
Interest in growing into a more advanced technical role
