The Role
We are hiring a
Creative Strategist
to sit at the intersection of Creative and Growth.
This role exists to solve a very specific problem. Turning performance signals into better creative, without diluting creative ambition or brand clarity.
You will work closely with Creative, Growth and Influencer teams to shape what we make, why we make it, and how it evolves once it is live.
This is not a media buying role.
This is not a pure brand strategy role.
It is for someone who understands performance deeply, but thinks creatively first.
What you will do
Creative led growth strategy
Define creative strategy that ladders directly to growth objectives
Translate performance data into clear creative direction, not optimisation tweaks
Design creative systems that scale while maintaining quality and clarity
Balance brand positioning with direct response effectiveness
Performance interpretation and iteration
Partner with Growth to interpret signals like CTR, CVR, hook performance and thumb stop
Turn data into hypotheses, angles and next creative tests
Identify when performance issues are messaging, offer, framing or execution problems
Close the loop between what performs and what gets made next
Creative feedback and decision making
Give clear, confident, actionable feedback on creative that is not aligned with strategy
Protect strategic intent and brand consistency across iterations
Help teams understand not just what to change, but why
Cross-team collaboration
Act as the connective tissue between Creative and Growth
Brief creative, UGC and video teams with precision and clarity
Present strategic thinking internally and externally with confidence
Systems and AI
Think in systems, not one-off ideas
Build repeatable creative testing and learning frameworks
Use AI and emerging tools to enhance insight, speed and creative quality
What we are looking for
This role is for someone who naturally bridges creative thinking and performance thinking.
Must haves:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into creative insight
Excellent communicator who can work fluently with both Growth and Creative teams
Strong understanding of digital platforms and multi platform campaigns
Clear direct response instincts across hooks, angles, problem framing and CTA psychology
Confident giving direct feedback on creative when it misses the mark
Thinks in systems and frameworks, not isolated ideas
Curious and comfortable using AI as a creative and strategic tool
Experience:
3 to 5 years in creative strategy, performance creative, or creative planning roles
Experience in a performance focused agency or creative performance environment
Hands on exposure to Meta, TikTok and short form video environments
Familiarity with UGC, DTC and influencer driven creative
