The Sr. Mainframe Developer will design, develop, and maintain applications for large, central computer systems (mainframes), using COBOL and other mainframe‑specific languages. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, translating them into technical specifications, writing and testing code, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves collaborating with other teams, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related technical/analytical field, plus six (6) years of experience in IT/Computer‑related field. Must have at least five (5) years experience with COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, and VSAM. Permanent U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available).
Salary Range: $139,027 – $145,000 plus incentives aligned with individual and company performance. Actual salaries vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
