Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Coverage Type: Scheduled + On Call (optional)
Call Schedule: 24-hour call, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Clinical Details

Primarily outpatient with inpatient consults, procedures, and post-op rounding as needed
Approximately 20 patients per provider per day
Level III Trauma Center
OR block 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM with no case limit
Adult patients only (18+)
Limited robotic availability; typically not available on urology days
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: 1 FT Provider, 2 LPNs, 2 CNA/CMAs, 1 Patient Representative

Requirements

Must have NY License in hand
Epic Experience
Must be Board Certified
Ensure work history is up to date with no gaps of 30+ days
If malpractice is involved, dismissed or not, a physician statement is required
Life Saving Certs: BLS
